The Broomfield Police Department provides quality public education to enhance citizen knowledge and skills in crime prevention, safety, and all-hazard preparedness. Topics include but are not limited to:

Presentations can be coordinated at homes, businesses, churches, etc. within the City and County of Broomfield only. If your group meets outside of Broomfield, please contact the police agency within the appropriate city or county.
Tours of the Police Department building located at 7 DesCombes Drive are scheduled throughout the year. The suggested group size is 20 with a minimum age limit of five years. Tours of the Detention Center are limited to adults only with exceptions made on a case-by-case basis.
All tours and presentations require scheduling 14 days in advance in order to properly coordinate all of the necessary resources. It is highly recommended that you have a back-up plan in place since police officers can be dispatched to emergency calls at a moment's notice.
