Seminar are held at the: BROOMFIELD CITY AND COUNTY BUILDING, One DesCombes Drive, Broomfield, CO 80020
(From 120^th Ave & Lamar St. ( Which is 12 blocks West of Sheridan Blvd), Go North on Lamar St. for 3 blocks to the Muni Center)

(Upon arrival, check-in with the Community Assistance Center, main lobby, for directions to training room)

Sales Tax Seminar

                           Sue Moorman   - Sales Tax Techician
                           Donna Neading - Personal Property Appraiser

Sales Tax Administration offers classes designed to assist vendors, and their accountants, in the area of sales tax collections and filings. Seminar will include information on sales tax procedures and requirements, identification of taxable property, documentation procedures, filing requirements, and record keeping. A representative of the Broomfield County Assessor's Office will give an overview on Personal Property Tax filings and valuation procedures.
