Pre-Natal Aqua Aerobics Designed for pre or postnatal women -a safe and effective way to stay in shape. A fun, relaxing, low impact workout of cardiovascular conditioning, strengthening, and spine stabilization. It is always a good idea to discuss your participation in fitness classes with your doctor prior to the class!

 

Prenatal Yoga for moms-to-be Yoga postures specialized for the pregnant body. This class strengthens the back, pelvic floor, and core, and will help alleviate common pregnancy discomforts. Join other pregnant moms.

 

Baby & Me Water Aerobics get in shape & spend quality time with baby age 4 -24 months! An action packed class of aerobic conditioning and muscular strengthening while moving in the water with your baby. Babies are utilized as weights and extra resistance.

 

Parent-Tot Swim Lessons Designed to familiarize child 6 mos-3 years with water adjustment skills -bubble blowing, head submersion, kicking, arm paddling, jumping in, back float. Parents learn teaching skills & water safety. Dress: swim diapers or tight fitting plastic pants and swimsuit. See brochure for current dates and times.

Parent-Tot Open Gymnastics Designed for parents and their 5 years and younger children to interact and experience the sport of gymnastics.

a parent-tot semi structured class -one 18–24 month child per adult- time on different apparatus to jump, crawl, climb, play with fun music!
Balancing Babies
for parent and one 2 year old to flip, climb, and jump safely while gaining coordination using tunnels, balls, blocks, beams - more.
