John Ferraro email	John has been an employee for the Broomfield Recreation Department since 1976. John started his career in the Athletics' Division and worked there for 20 years before assuming the Deputy Director's position. John was named Director in 2005.
Director of Recreation Services

Nancy Harrold email	She oversees the daily operations of both the Broomfield Community Center and the Paul Derda Recreation Center and the Fitness programs at both facilities. In addition, she handles sales and interments at the Broomfield County Commons Cemetery and Lakeview Cemetery. She has worked for the Broomfield Recreation Services department since 1977 starting as a part time lifeguard.

Dawn Rachjaibun email

She has worked for the City and County of Broomfield since 2001as the Program Manager of Aquatics and Therapeutic Recreation. She also hosts the Mini Haha Triathlon and was on the design team for the Paul Derda Recreation Center. She has been Life-guarding, teaching, managing, and working with people of all ages and abilities for eighteen years. Her favorite aspect of working in aquatics is that she gets to do something different every day! She loves working with customers and her wonderful staff!

Robin Garneau email	Manages all youth and adult sports activities. She also administers all field rentals and work with recognized youth sports associations. Robin has been with the City & County of Broomfield since January 2001 and has been in the Parks and Recreation profession since 1976.

Dana Cabot email	Supervises Preschool, Youth & Teen, and Senior programs, organizes general interest programs, coordinates special events such as Broomfield Days, Dog Daze and Fishing at the Bay. She has worked for Broomfield Recreation Services since 1999 and has been in the Parks and Recreation field since 1990.

Diane Clark email	She has been a full time Coordinator for the City and County of Broomfield since 1987. She is now the Gymnastics Supervisor for the new 7,500 square foot state of the art gymnastics facility. She is responsible for all aspects of the program.

Angela Delier email	Coordinates athletic leagues for the community including women's adult basketball, youth basketball, softball and t-ball. She has worked for Broomfield Recreation Services since 2001 years and has been in the Parks and Recreation field since 1995.

Kim Evelsizer email	Early Learning coordinator, supervises Early Learning and child sitting in the Recreation Department. She has worked for the City & County of Broomfield since 2005 and Parks and Recreation since 2000.

Rachel Robbins email	Coordinates Therapeutic Recreation Programs which includes specialized programs for people with disabilities and the option to mainstream into general recreation programs. She has worked for Broomfield Recreation Services since 2001 and been in the field since 2000.

Steph Stearns email	Supervises Broomfield Bay, Paul Derda Recreation Center and the Community Center pool including staff, training, programming and maintenance. She will be stationed at The Broomfield Community Center, and is in charge of running swim lessons at all three centers. She has worked in Broomfield Aquatics since 1992.

Matt Gulley email	Supervises both the Paul Derda Recreation Center and the Broomfield Community Center, takes care of maintenance on cardio, weight and electronic equipment, coordinates and assists with special events such as Broomstock and Broomfield Days. He has been working for Broomfield Recreation Services since 2003 and has been in the Parks and Recreation Field, on and off, since 2000.

Carolyn Johnson email	Facility Coordinator for the Paul Derda Recreation Center. She works 4:30 a.m. - 1:0) p.m. Monday-Friday. Carolyn has started a food donation program that goes to FISH of Broomfield. She have been with the City and County of Broomfield since 2006 and have been in the Parks and Recreation Field since 1991.

Elaine Jones email	Facility Coordinator for the Broomfield Community Center. She is in charge of the Recreation Web site and does marketing for Recreation Services. She also produces the Broomfield Recreation Services brochure 3 times a year and the Fireworks Softball Tournament program 1 time per year. She has worked as Facility Coordinator since 2005 and for Broomfield Recreation Services since 1996.

Melissa Kennington email	Melissa, along with our other Facility Coordinators, manages the daily operations at the Paul Derda Recreation Center. In addition to this, she manages the climbing wall operations, programs and route setting. Melissa has been working in the Recreation field since 1999 and has been with Broomfield since the opening of the Paul Derda Recreation Center in 2003.

Dawn Stipe email	Supervises Summer Camp, Teen Adventure Series, School's Out, and Spring Break Trips and also coordinates General Interest Programs. Dawn started as the Youth and Teen Specialist in March 2005, and has worked for Broomfield Recreation since 1996.

Kristen Larington email	Coordinates, organizes and coaches the Broomfield Flyers Gymnastics team. She has worked with gymnastics programming since 2000 and has been with the City and County of Broomfield since 2003.

Barbara Ploeger email	Assists in planning, directing, and coordinating marketing activities. Implements marketing ideas and direction. Develops and maintains a year-round marketing calendar, and assists in the design of advertisements and submittal of advertisements to local newspapers and other media outlets. Works on promotions and special projects as needed.

Lisa Bathurst email	Lisa works at the Broomfield Community Center as an Administrative Clerk. She helps patrons with Bay rentals. Lisa has been with Broomfield Recreation Services since 2007 and is from Washington.

Rose Geary email	Rose is one of the Administrative Clerks at the Paul Derda Recreation Center. She reserves Birthday Party Rooms at PDRC and Park Rentals. Rose has worked for Broomfield Recreation Services since October 2003.

Angela Kochevar email

Angela Kochevar is an Administrative Technician at The Paul Derda Recreation Center and has worked for Recreation Services for 6 years. She processes daily deposits, invoices, and refund requests. She helps develop rental procedures and handle the reservations for birthday parties, groups, and park shelters. She assists with front desk operations and with customer accounts inquiries. She provides monthly and ongoing maintenance of memberships and past due accounts.

Lugene Wilemon email	Lugene reserves athletic fields, gymnasiums and the Broomfield County Commons. She is also the tournament administrator for the Colorado Fireworks Girl’s Softball Tournament. She also serves as support staff for the Recreation Services Athletic Department and is a member of the Volunteer Coordinator Committee. She has worked for Broomfield Recreation Services since 1997.

Sandy Nobles email	Sandy is in charge of our new Baseball Program as well as other athletics. She loves her job! She has worked for Broomfield Recreation Services since 2007.

Andy Larington email	Supervises Broomfield Bay, Paul Derda Recreation Center and the Community Center pool including staff, training, programming and maintenance. He will be stationed at The Paul Derda Recreation Center, and is in charge of Red Cross classes at all three centers. He's a new-comer to Broomfield but has worked in aquatics since 1992.
