Single Session Fitness Classes

Drop in to the fitness classes as long as they are running. It is a fun way to meet others, check out the class and stay in shape. There is no drop-in fee for Annual Pass holders or SilverSneakers® members. For ages 60 and over.

$2.75/$3.75 drop-in rate for Fitness Classes or Line Dancing
 

Beginning Line Dancing
For those just itchin’ to learn some great line dance skills this class is for you. Wear comfortable clothing and easy to dance in shoes and join the fun. No partners needed. Drop-in Only! You may use a Punch Pass, Annual Pass or SilverSneakers® pass.

Intermediate Line Dancing
For those just itchin’ to sharpen your skills this class is for you. Wear comfortable clothing and easy to dance in shoes and join the fun. No partners needed. Drop-in Only! You may use a Punch Pass, Annual Pass or SilverSneakers® pass.

Dancing at Lakeshore All are welcome—whether you come to dance or just to listen, single or with a partner. Refreshments sponsored by Mountain Valley Health Care. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and dance is from 7:00–10:00 p.m. Fee: $4.50 per person, payable at the door. Male Hosts dance for free. Call 303-464-5536 for more information.
