Parks, Shelters & Facility Rentals
A PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL LARGE ORGANIZED EVENTS, INFLATABLE USE, LIVE BANDS, WATER USE, ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION, OR ANY OTHER SPECIAL REQUESTS.  Parks and shelters are open to the public unless the facility has been reserved.  A reservation/permit gives a patron sole use of a specific facility for a specified timeframe.   Reservations are posted at the shelters on a weekly basis to inform the public of times the facility is not available to them.   We ask the public to please acknowledge the postings and adhere to times posted.  For use of park areas, shelters ball fields, soccer and football facilities, please call the Recreation Services Reservation line at 303-464-5509.  Please leave your request and a Recreation Services attendant will return your call to confirm availability and cost of your reservation.  Reservations for the following year begin October 1st of the current year.  Alcohol Beverage Permits are required in addition to a park permit if you intend to consume or serve alcohol.  Facilities are reserved on a first come, first served basis and requests require at least 10 working days to process.  Please see Park Reservation Information for more information.
