Youth Cardio Games
This drop-in program for kids 10 - 14 years. It is 30
minutes of instructor-lead intervals and games on the treadmill, bike and/or
elliptical, followed by 15 minutes of core work and stretching. Class meets on
the back side of the track. Reservations are taken one day in advance at the
front desk (303.460.6900). FREE for PDRC Pass

Fun 'n' Fitness
Are you looking for a
non-competitive, fun fitness class for your children? Then come and
check out our Fun-n-Fitness class for ages 8 - 12 years. Classes are held
on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4 - 4:45 p.m. Class is lead by Cindy
Stephens, a certified personal trainer. Cindy has been in the fitness
industry for 20 years, with many of those years spent on programming for
children. Each 45 minute session is developed around fun and games.
Every Wednesday is held in the pool!

Jump
Bunch introduces sports and fitness to your child in a hands-on setting. The
program utilizes a different sport or activity with each class. Jump Bunch
builds coordination, interest in sports, in a safe, non competitive
environment. Jump bunch also fosters a positive attitude so that children are
eager to try new activities. Jump Bunch offers a great opportunity to instill a

School Age
JumpBunch introduces school-age children to a wide range of sports and

Youth TaeKwon Do
This
class is open to all students, white through black belt for students under
12 years old, and any level, white through black belt. It is specifically
oriented for the younger crowd and is less strenuous. This class develops
TaeKwon Do techniques in a manner and pace suitable for kids. For

Yoga for Children and Teens
This class is a playful introduction
to yoga. Through age appropriate games, song, partner activities and yoga poses
we teach students how to listen to their bodies, how to deal with stress and how
to relax. Classes teach mind-body health and balance and help to build strength,
flexibility and self-esteem.

Weight Training For Youth
This class is designed for boys and girls. Instruction is given on
cardiovascular equipment, cable machines, and Cybex equipment. Taught by a
certified Personal Trainer, each student learns their individualized
settings and proper form and technique. Upon successful completion, each
student is certified to use the exercise equipment at both PDRC and BCC
during normal hours after paying the daily drop-in fee.

Flippity Fun & Fitness!
This class is designed to teach you all about having fun in the water!
Every day there will be something new – diving, snorkeling, stroke
clinics, water polo, water basketball, games, and fitness. This class
will cover it all – bring your friends for fun together in the pool and
learn something new! For ages 10 – 14 years.
Extreme Teen Boot Camp
Enjoy the great outdoors with our boot camp workouts. Enjoy the camaraderie of a
group and the motivation from a trainer to get you into shape and feeling great
this summer in a time-efficient total body workout! Contact

Youth Sports Performance
Designed to get the young athlete faster, stronger and more explosive!
No matter what sport the participant plays, this program will increase
ones speed and strength during the off season. Classes lead by personal
trainers who have specialized training with the young athlete.
Activities will include strength training, agility ladder drills,
lateral movement, flexibility training and resistance running - just to
name a few! Athletes will also learn basic nutrition information on how
to properly fuel their bodies for their active lifestyle.
