Intro to Yoga
An
orientation to Yoga to help you learn the basic exercises, including the Sun
Salutation. This fundamentals class puts you at ease to join any of our
multi-level yoga classes, as you learn the balance between strength and
stretch. Join us in a small class setting for individualized attention as
you start your journey into yoga. For ages
16 years and over.

Yoga for Athletes
Find your edge! Yoga can revolutionize your training by increasing whole body
strength, flexibility and balance. Improve your form, efficiency and power. Yoga
for Athletes is a combination of power yoga with the use of weights. Great for
the high school athlete, runners, triathletes, cyclists(of all ages) or the yogi
looking to take their practice to the next level. Adding yoga will not only help
prevent injuries and promote recovery, it will also cultivate relaxation and
mental clarity. This class is not for beginners
to fitness.

Yoga for Children and Teens
This class is a playful introduction
to yoga. Through age appropriate games, song, partner activities and yoga poses
we teach students how to listen to their bodies, how to deal with stress and how
to relax. Classes teach mind-body health and balance and help to build strength,
flexibility and self-esteem.
Yoga for Kids Flyer
Power Yoga
This class is based on the Astanga style
of yoga. Although many of the poses are “rigorous”, each pose can be modified to
accommodate students of all abilities. Some of the benefits of power yoga are
stronger backs, increased flexibility and improved balance. This class is great
for runners, skiers and golfers wanting to improve their performance!
Prenatal Yoga
This class for moms-to-be designs Yoga postures specialized for the
pregnant body. This class will strengthen the back, pelvic floor, and core and
will help to alleviate common discomforts of pregnancy. Please join us and other
pregnant moms.
Gentle Seated Yoga
Will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga
poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed
to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing
exercises and a final relaxation promotes stress reduction and mental clarity.
