Resources to Quit
 Great American Smokeout Event
Every year, on the third Thursday of November, smokers take part in the Great American Smokeout event. This day encourages smokers to quit for one day or to use this date to make a plan to quit. By taking part in this event, smokers are taken an important step toward a healthier life. Check out the benefits of quitting smoking over time.
