Brunner Farmhouse
The mission of the Brunner Farmhouse and Gardens is to provide a community gathering place for the citizens of Broomfield. This will enhance interactions, reflection and connection to our past, and sustain historical and cultural values.

The Brunner Farmhouse is located at 640 Main Street on the northeast corner of Midway Boulevard and Main Street in Broomfield. It is surrounded by “the Field,” a designated open space area.


ATTENTION:  The Brunner Farmhouse will be closed for maintenance from September 8 to September 30, 2014.  For questions, please call Cindy Edgar, Broomfield Council on the Arts and Humanities, 303.460.6800.


Summer Sundays!

The 2014 Summer Sundays are scheduled for June 8, July 13, and August 10. 

Activities include a children's carnival from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM with:
  • Games,
  • Inflatables,
  • Storytellers, and
  • Arts and Crafts.
Live entertainment is scheduled from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

June 8 - Southern Exposure
Bluegrass, western swing and Cajun music mixed in with a little comedy.

July 13 - Skanson & Hansen
Classical and acoustic guitar duo with a repertoire of 60s and 70s tunes plus some original music and stories.

August 10 - Metropolitan Jazz Orchestra
Denver's finest jazz musicians perform jazz, Latin, rock and modern pop.

Brunner Farmhouse Fence, Sidewalk and Driveway Improvements
Construction on improvements to the Brunner Farmhouse area are scheduled for:
  • Fence - June 19-20
  • Sidewalk and Driveway - July 14-31
Construction will be coordinated around Summer Sundays and access will always be provided for the Brunner Farmhouse.
