Therapeutic Swim Lessons
These classes are designed for youth with disabilities. Swimming fundamentals and basic strokes are taught, focusing on what the participant can do to swim effectively! This class is designed for the beginning swimmer. All class ratios will be one instructor to max of three participants. You may also inquire about mainstreaming opportunities.

Private Swim Lessons
Private lessons give individuals an opportunity to work in a one-on-one setting with an instructor that fits their needs. Participants get a chance to practice their skills, work on technique and receive individual feedback and attention at their pace. Please visit our private lesson course listing. For special needs lessons please notify Stephanie at 303.464.5540 three weeks in advance to acquire the appropriate instructor for your son or daughter.

Swim Stroke Development   
Brand new this season in preparation for Special Olympics swim team.  We will be working on swim stroke development and techniques to prepare you for the upcoming competition season.  Prerequisite: you must be able to independently swim 25 yards unassisted.
Age: 18 years and older Location: PDRC
