18th Annual Spring Fitness Challenge
For ages 16 years and above.
Our 18th Annual Spring Fitness Challenge is your chance to get in shape for the summer. An incentive gift will be awarded to all participants and opportunities to win additional prizes occur throughout the eight weeks, by participating in our weekly mini-challenges that help you stay on track to a better overall you! Led by a certified Personal Trainer, you train with 7-11 additional people to accomplish your personalized weight loss and exercise goals. Weight and body fat loss are monitored, motivating workouts are provided, that challenge and change, nutritional guidance provided, and weekly goals are set by your personal trainer. Challenge runs for eight weeks with final weigh-outs the following week. The individual that loses the greatest percentage of weight loss and the greatest percentage of body fat loss out of all the participants, will win a Recreation Pass for a year! Class Listings
