Pole Walking in its simplest form is walking with poles! Experience the connection between the upper and lower body as you increase cardio respiratory endurance and muscular strength and endurance while increasing mobility in the upper extremities. Pole Walking supports your body joints to allow you to do more safely. Discover what European fitness buffs have known for years! Pole Walking will change your body and your life.

Couch to 5K
This program will have you off the couch and running 3.1 miles! Learn the basics of running form and safety techniques as you follow a trainer-led running plan. The Couch to 5K helps with your mileage goals, provides motivation, as well as creates a support group with other people! You will be ready to run the Broomfield Days 5K on Saturday, September 20. For ages 16 years and over.
ViPR bridges the gap between movement and strength. ViPR is the ultimate whole-body tool, combining traditional resistance exercises together with the agility required for achieving optimal sports and fitness performance. Course is designed as small group personal training with a maximum of eight people per class. Times and Days are flexible for course offerings! Get a group of 4–7 people together and pick your day and time!

Training sessions will take you through all areas of the triathlon! We will focus on every aspect of your swim, bike, run, transition, as well as starting and finishing. We will work on developing your technique as well as your endurance. This eight-week training session helps with your training, provides motivation, as well as fun in training with others! Class is designed to help prepare you for the Mini Haha Triathlon as well as any Sprint distance triathlon!
