Diving Class link
This class is designed for beginning levels of springboard diving. Beginning levels will teach the fundamentals of diving including body alignment, approach, and basic dives. This class is goals-based and will work with each individual’s level. Pre-requisite: Pass Crab or pass swim test.    Age: 6 years and older Location: BCC

C.A.R.A. Diving  link
This program is designed for beginning, intermediate, and advanced levels of springboard diving. Learn the fundamentals of diving, work on basic to advanced dives, and have a fun competition to show off your new skills. All participants May participate in 2–4 area meets. Fee includes a Tuesday-shirt. Pre-requisites: Must be able to do a front dive and swim to the side on their own.

Diving Clinics link
These one-day clinics will teach participants the fundamentals of diving as well as work on basic to advanced dives, depending upon the participant’s level and ability. Clinic will include practice of flips and twisting in the gymnastics pit at PDRC. Parents will drop their kids off at Paul Derda Recreation center down in the gymnastics room, and then pick them up in the pool at Broomfield Community Center. We will provide transportation to BCC.
