Community CPR, First Aid and AED link
This American Red Cross Community First Aid and CPR course teaches individuals, 13 years and older, how to respond to injuries and sudden illnesses. Emergency action principles, combining adult, child and infant CPR and other lifesaving techniques, with traditional first aid information and skills are taught.

Taekwondo link
In this class all the 'stops' are pulled out! This class is focused on physical fitness and conditioning through the development of Taekwondo techniques. It can be rigorous and fast paced. Students are guided beyond their own boundaries but only asked to give an all out 100% effort.

Will Making
A wonderful way to get a tough job finished! In a single, easy, and enjoyable session, you’ll complete a will, living will, medical power of attorney, financial power of attorney, and organ donor card, all with the help of licensed attorney, Rebecca L. Bennetti, and her staff. Cost includes all materials, witnessing, notarizing, individual review, and plenty of time for discussion and questions. Participants do not need to bring anything to class. Cost is per person. Payable by CHECK only to Rebecca L. Bennetti. Age: 18 years and over. Location: BCC.

Would you like to be dancing with the stars? Come experience the magic as we share with you the graceful elegance of Waltz, the gliding gait of the Fox Trot, and the romantic flare of the Tango. Be prepared for that next wedding, cruise or night on the town.

Beginning Salsa
Come experience the culture of Latin America through the invigorating rhythms of Salsa. This dance was born in the streets of Cuba and is truly a dance of the people. Salsa is fun, the music is uplifting, and it is a great work - out.

Beginning Swing
Swing is an upbeat American dance that is fun and playful. We will be doing all the basic turns and animations to make you comfortable on the dance floor. Swing is a popular dance that has been around for decades and can be done to a wide variety of current and older music.

Beginning Latin Dance
Experience the Culture of Latin America through the rhythms of the Cha Cha, Merengue, and the Rumba. Each dance has it’s own unique, energetic flavor that is fun and easy to learn. This is a great workout; come and dance!

Pet Safety & Emergency Response
This course will teach you to care for your animal before, during and after an emergency. Course includes coverage of: Injury prevention and disaster preparation, Personal Safety Precautions to help pet owners identify and minimize risks, a wide array of pet emergencies including bleeding and bite wounds, cardiac arrest, choking, burns, poisoning, trauma, and more. Advanced Care CPR Training’s instructors are professional educators and have extensive training in all aspects of emergency care, wilderness training and emergency evacuation. Payable by CHECK only to Advanced Care, materials are included. For ages 11 years and older. Location: BCC.
