The City and County of Broomfield’s water and wastewater expanded bill payment option that many customers have requested is now available. Broomfield has entered into a partnership with Paymentus, an independent company providing a free, self-service payment opportunity for Broomfield’s utility customers. This new payment service allows you to pay by telephone or online, and there is no extra charge.
Manage your account online:
Quick pay (no need to set up an account - just enter your account number and pay)
Set up an online account (to view your balance and make an online payment). You will only need to do this process once.
Instructions for setting up your online account:
Have a current water bill available for your utility account number. You will also need the information for your method of payment (debit or credit card – Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express – or your bank account information).
Go to Customer Dashboard and select the Sign Up Now link
Enter the required information
Select the Sign Up button
A screen will appear saying “You are now enrolled”
Choose the Back To Login button
You will be redirected back to the Customer Dashboard screen where you can enter the email address and password that you set up
Select the My Accounts tab
Select the Add An Account link
Enter the account number from your water bill
To go paperless, select the checkbox. You will be able to view your monthly bill when you wish just as it appears now.
Select the Add button
And you’re set!
You can now perform many functions using the tabs across the top of the Customer Dashboard screen.
To pay by telephone, simply call 1.855.442.6900. You will need your billing statement for the account number and information for your method of payment: credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express), or your checking account information (including the bank routing number).
