VolunteerThe Broomfield Police Department is fortunate to have the assistance of many dedicated volunteers. They are greatly appreciated for the invaluable service they provide us each and every day. Currently, we have volunteers working in many areas of the Department, including Investigations, Community Resources, and Records. They perform a wide variety of duties such as data entry, victim advocacy, fingerprinting, and general office duties.

At this time, the Broomfield Police Department is seeking new fingerprint volunteers for Monday mornings 9 a.m. to noon and Tuesday afternoons from noon to 4 p.m.  Please contact Officer Brian Vockel at 303-464-5766 or via email at if you are interested.

The Department is also in need of an office volunteer at the Detention Center.  If interested, please contact J.R. Duncan at 720-887-2086 or via email .

If you'd like to volunteer elsewhere in the City and County, please visit Broomfield's volunteer web page.
