Thank You, Volunteers!
Thank You to Senior Center Volunteers!

Volunteers are the heart of the Senior Center. It is through their dedication and hard work that helps Broomfield Senior Center be as fantastic as it is!

THANK YOU Vic Vigo-Torres!

Vic has been a volunteer with the handyman program for five years.  He has been a huge asset to this program because of his wide range of skills and experience with plumbing, electrical and carpentry.  He is the master of grab bar installations!
Vic has been married for 46 years, has two children, two grandchildren and is retired from the U.S. Air Force, Martin Marietta and from consultant work as a Systems Test Engineer.  He has lived in Broomfield for nearly 40 years and has been a very active community member.
Vic has had a passion for volunteering since he was very young.  In addition to his service to Broomfield, he volunteers for Boulder County as an Angler Host helping children learn about fishing and nature trails.  He is also a volunteer with Shriners International at Children's Hospital.
In his spare time, Vic enjoys hobbies such as: building electronic devices, flying airplanes, restoring British sports cars, fishing, football and baseball!
Thank you for your dedicated service to the Broomfield community and the countless hours you spend helping others!

You truly make a difference!
