Education Opportunities

AARP Driver Safety Program
Teaches you how to strategize to remain safe and become eligible for reduced automobile insurance premiums. Rates for 2014 are $15 for AARP members and $20 for non-AARP members.

Alzheimer's Association Workshops
Your memory often changes as you grow older. Memory loss that disrupts daily life is not a typical part of aging. It may be a symptom of dementia. Please join Senior Services for this extensive education series from the Alzheimer's Association. No charge and pre-registration is required. All workshops are held at the Broomfield Community Center; please call Broomfield Senior Services at 303-464-5526 to sign up or for more information. Light refreshments will be provided.

Will Making Seminar
A wonderful way to get a tough job finished! In a single, easy and enjoyable session, you'll complete a will, living will, medical power of attorney, financial power of attorney and organ donor card, all with the help of a licensed attorney, Rebecca L. Bennetti, and her staff. The cost includes all materials, witnessing, notarizing, individual review, and plenty of time for discussion and questions. Hearing Clinic
A new monthly hearing clinic at the Broomfield Community Center, offered by Family Hearing Centers, provides complimentary services such as:  hearing screenings, earwax removal and hearing aid maintenance & repair.  Appointments are available from 10-11 a.m. by calling 303-464-5526.
