Brunner Farmhouse Meeting Space

Meeting space is available for community groups.

The following criteria are used in determining the eligibility of community groups requesting meeting space in the Brunner Farmhouse:

  • Broomfield based charitable groups, non-commercial groups or community support groups;
  • Preservation of house and grounds; gives back to the property (i.e. one day of garden weeding or approved donation;
  • Reflects community and its values/provides or intends to provide a service to the community;
  • Any event(s) must be sponsored by a Broomfield based non-profit (i.e. artist display, fundraising):
  • Grounds must remain accessible to the community;
  • Limited Refreshments/No cooking inside the house;
  • No Art Supplies/Crafts inside the house;
  • Alcohol by permit only (group must secure property permit): and
  • No political fundraising or campaigning.

Scheduling is done by the Broomfield Council on the Arts and Humanities, following approval by the Brunner Farmhouse Advisory Committee.
