March 1: Presentation, “All Aboard! Broomfield's Electric Railway," by Jacqui Ainlay-Conley, Museum Administrator. Jacqui will talk about the Kite Route, a commuter rail which ran from Boulder to Denver via Broomfield from 1908 to 1926.
March 8: Showing of Broomfield’s 50th Anniversary documentary Broomfield: Spirit of the American Dream. Visitors will have a chance to see artifacts related to subjects in the video.
March 15: Yarn In! Knit or crochet? Bring your own projects or help with an upcoming top secret project involving the depot.
March 22: Our first Living History Talk will be with Gil Brunner, who was born in Broomfield in 1927, and Beverly Hansen, who has resided in Broomfield for 77 years. They will share memories and take questions.
March 29: Staying home for Spring Break? Bring the family to the depot and enjoy some multi-generational activities.
All events begin at noon and are free of charge. No tickets or preregistration is required, however, seating is limited.
