The
Central Records Office is a one-stop shop for services normally offered
in the separate county offices of the Clerk and Recorder, Assessor, Public
Trustee, and Treasurer.
This unique customer service approach has been recognized by the Denver
Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG). The City and County of Broomfield’s
Central Records Office was selected as the first place winner of the 2003
Local Government Innovations Awards Program category of Productivity Improvement.
