    This class provides a case study with suggestions to retrofit a yard's irrigation system and things to look for to provide optimum efficiency and water conservation. Learn why there is a need to conserve water. Learn how to set your controller, calculate run times, schedules, and the relationships between Colorado's clay soils and water absorption and run-off. Broomfield will share its efforts to conserve water and the positive environmental impact. You will be given information to schedule your own FREE outdoor irrigation audit and will already have the tools needed to make informed decisions.

    Get Ready for Fizz, Boom, Read! Fun with books, games and a special science craft!* Registration required and begins, April 19. *This is a program for children who are enrolled in Kindergarten, 1st or 2nd grade. Kindergarten guidelines are that children be at least 5 years old by 9/30/2013 and in an elementary level kindergarten program (not Pre-K).
