The Lakeshore Center is approximately 3500 square feet and can be divided into 3 sections.

Broomfield Community Center’s Lakeshore Center features a reception venue for as many as 200 guests. We have the ability to accommodate many types of occasions with a large room that can easily transition into three more intimate sections for smaller gatherings. We also have an available full-service kitchen and a lovely adjacent lobby with a fireplace. Enjoy the outdoors under the covered patio looking out over a lake. The beautiful banquet facility is perfect for your special event, from weddings and anniversaries to birthdays and other celebrations, all at a very affordable price. 
 
A lush green lawn between the patio and the lake is the perfect place for ceremonies, lawn games, and photos!
Seating up to 200, this room comes with 10 round tables. The rounds are 5' in diameter and can seat up to 8 people.
The rest of the tables are banquet tables, rectangular 6' long x 2.5' wide.
There are hard wood floors, perfect for dancing and French doors, leading outside.

Lakeshore Room Rentals start at $90 per hour for all 3 sections.
