Diving Class

This class is designed for beginning and intermediate levels of springboard diving. Beginning levels will teach the fundamentals of diving including body alignment, approach, and basic dives. The intermediate will work on flexibility and strength as well as more advanced diving skills. Pre - requisites: Orange level III, or pass swim test. To go into the intermediate class, you must have passed the beginning diving or have permission from the coach. For ages 6 years and over.

Diving Clinics

These one-day clinics will teach participants the fundamentals of diving as well as work on basic to advanced dives, depending upon the participant’s level and ability. Clinic will include practice of flips and twisting in the gymnastics pit at PDRC. Parents will drop their kids off at Paul Derda down in the gymnastics room, and then pick them up in the pool at BCC. We will provide transportation to BCC. For ages 7 years and over.

C.A.R.A. Diving Program 

This program is designed for beginning, intermediate, and advanced levels of springboard diving. This program teaches the fundamentals of diving, works on basic to advanced dives, and some fun competition to show off your new skills. All participants may participate in two area meets. Fee includes a t-shirt. Pre-requisites: Crab Level, or pass swim test. For 6 - 18 years.

*There will be four area dive meets on Saturdays and Sundays. Dates will be posted on our website.
