  1. Children - Toddler Story Time

    Registration Required: Call the Children's Desk at 720-887-2315 for more information. For Children 21 - 35 months and a caregiver. Toddlers actively participate in stories, music and movement enhancing their social, emotional and language development while fostering a love for reading and books. Caregivers will be introduced to early literacy skills they can practice with their children to prepare them for successful learning when they enter school. Toddler Story Time REQUIRES registration. This program is repeated 4 times weekly. Mondays, 10 - 10:25, and 10:45 - 11:10 and Wednesdays, 9:15 - 9:40 and 10:00 - 10:25.

  3. Adult - Shaping the Park and Saving the Boys: The Civilian Conservation Corps at Grand Canyon

    During the Great Depression the CCC sought to revive young men through national improvement projects. From 1933 to 1942, the Grand Canyon's infrastructure advanced as much as fifty years with the installation of new trails, roads and many other improvements. Join Historian Robert Audretschm as he illustrates the contribution of the CCC at the Grand Canyon.
