  1. Broomfield Music Teacher's Association Presents Marvelous Musicales

    April 19, 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM @ Broomfield Auditorium

    Marvelous Musicales is a community recital. The event lasts approximately one hour. It is not specifically geared for children, but there is a lot of variety and each performance within the Musicale is 3 - 5 minutes tops.

  1. Children - One Book 4 Colorado April 7 - 21

    All 4 year olds in Colorado will receive their own copy of the same book to keep! Bring your 4 year old to the Children's Library any time between Monday, April 7th & Monday, April 21st to pick up the FREE book; there will be both English and Spanish versions available. This year’s book will be announced on Monday April 7. Lt. Governor Joe Garcia is leading an early literacy initiative so that every child in Colorado is reading at grade level by third grade. One Book 4 Colorado is a fun way to make that happen and support parents as their child's first teacher. For more information, follow the project's website at www.onebook4colorado.org/

    Bill McKinney of Mile High Karate will show you how you could survive dystopian worlds found in The Hunger Games and Divergent with mindful self-defense skills. Registration required. Stop by the Teen Zone Desk or call 720-887-2360. Grades 6-12
