  1. Children - One Book 4 Colorado April 7 - 21

    April 18, All Day @ 3 Community Park Rd.

    All 4 year olds in Colorado will receive their own copy of the same book to keep! Bring your 4 year old to the Children's Library any time between Monday, April 7th & Monday, April 21st to pick up the FREE book; there will be both English and Spanish versions available. This year’s book will be announced on Monday April 7. Lt. Governor Joe Garcia is leading an early literacy initiative so that every child in Colorado is reading at grade level by third grade. One Book 4 Colorado is a fun way to make that happen and support parents as their child's first teacher. For more information, follow the project's website at www.onebook4colorado.org/

    Hippity-hop your way down to this lunch in your favorite Easter bonnet! Enter the bonnet contest and visit with the Easter Bunny as he hands out goodies. Lunch will be baked ham or fish which you can pick at the time of signing up.

    As part of Volunteer Appreciation Week, we would like to recognize the efforts of volunteers! This is a free lunch for all current volunteers of the Broomfield Senior Center as a THANK YOU for all the work you do. Non-volunteers are welcome to attend and pay the special lunch rate.
