Fishing Derby creates new anglers
About 100 children came out to learn about fishing and then try their hand at catching fish at the annual fishing clinic and derby in Broomfield Saturday.

Broomfield Veterans Memorial Day Picnic
The sixth annual Broomfield Veterans Memorial Museum’s Memorial Day Picnic will be held on Monday, May 28, 2012, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Broomfield County Commons Park.

Ballet Nouveau presents In the Along - Young Choreographers Showecase on Sunday, May 20, 2012, two performances at 1 p.m. and 5 p.m.

Veterans Museum hosts coffees in May
The Broomfield Veterans Memorial Museum will host Coffee and Conversation with guest speakers from 9 to11 a.m. throughout the month. The public is invited to hear veterans share their stories over coffee and light refreshments in an informal setting at the museum.
