City and County of Broomfield offices will be closed Monday, Sept. 6, 2010, in an observance of the Labor Day holiday. The Broomfield Community Center (BCC) and Mamie Doud Eisenhower Public Library will be closed, but the Paul Derda Recreation Center (PDRC) will be open 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. |

Beginning Sept. 9, 2010, the Broomfield Auditorium will expand its hours of operation for the gallery and box office, and offer more online ticket purchasing for auditorium events. |

This fall Broomfield's KCCB Channel 8 will air, and offer on demand on the Web, five football games featuring each of the local high schools. |

The Bay Aquatic Park is winding down its hours as summer comes to a close and swimmers, lifeguards and other summer help go back to school. The last day at the Bay is Labor Day. |
