Holiday Hours
City and County of Broomfield offices will be closed Monday, Sept. 6, 2010, in an observance of the Labor Day holiday. The Broomfield Community Center (BCC) and Mamie Doud Eisenhower Public Library will be closed, but the Paul Derda Recreation Center (PDRC) will be open 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Box office, gallery expand hours, ticket outlet
Beginning Sept. 9, 2010, the Broomfield Auditorium will expand its hours of operation for the gallery and box office, and offer more online ticket purchasing for auditorium events.

Select HS football games on Channel 8, Web
This fall Broomfield's KCCB Channel 8 will air, and offer on demand on the Web, five football games featuring each of the local high schools.

Bay's last day is Labor day
The Bay Aquatic Park is winding down its hours as summer comes to a close and swimmers, lifeguards and other summer help go back to school. The last day at the Bay is Labor Day.

"Common Grounds" with Mayor Patrick Quinn
Sept. 4, 2010 from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at the Paul Derda Recreation Center, 13201 Lowell Blvd. Come and share a cup of coffee and conversation with Mayor Quinn.

September is National Preparedness Month
